Get Started:

Offices: We provide building optimization services across the country from our four offices in Seattle and Bremerton, Washington; Portland, Oregon; and Tempe, Arizona.

Scope of Work: We complete detailed constructability and quality control reviews with a multi-discipline team to improve contract document quality, reduce the risk of costly change orders, minimize delays from excessive requests for information (RFI), and improve a project’s biddability and constructability. Our goal is to improve document quality and bring high-performance buildings to all communities. Our solutions help owners understand the total cost of ownership (TCO) when planning their facilities.

Process: Our independent, third-party review studies are conducted in accordance with Washington State Administrative Codes (WAC) 392-343-080 and 392-344-066. Our process includes an initial orientation and planning meeting, individual document review period, mid-review coordination meeting, comments completion period, draft report submittal, review comments presentation, and final report submittal. We identify errors, ambiguities, omissions, discrepancies, conflicts, and constructability issues in the construction drawings and specification bid documents. We provide alternative solutions for architecture and engineering designs.
