Just Commitment:

We are a Just Certified company through the Living Future Institute (ILFI), a system that enables us to evaluate and rate ourselves continuously through a social justice and equity lens. The Just program is a voluntary disclosure tool for organizations. We are not doing it because we have to–we are doing it because we want to–because we believe it is the right thing to do. We work hard to optimize policies that improve social equity and enhance employee engagement at Säzän Group.

We take a highly customized and individual approach to firms we partner with in this capacity and tailor the needs for mutual success and the success of projects we take on together.

Our Marketing and HR departments are actively assisting small and disadvantaged firms in developing prime responses to RFPs and assisting with overall marketing material to help these businesses succeed.
