DSHS Maple Lane Civil Center LEED Gold Certification

We are proud to announce that the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) Maple Lane Civil Center for Behavioral Health project has earned the esteemed LEED Gold Certification.
Buildings have a considerable impact on energy consumption, resource usage, and greenhouse gas emissions, influencing both the environment and our well-being.
In alignment with LEED requirements and WA Executive Order 20-01, Säzän Group and the project team diligently worked to minimize the building’s environmental impact and prioritized the creation of a patient-centric healing environment. The all-electric building incorporates solar panels on all roof areas and carports to offset 100% of its annual energy use.
