Central Park Place Apartments Awarded 2024 DJC Oregon Top Project

Säzän Group is happy to share the exciting news that the Vancouver Housing Authority Central Park Place Apartments Project was honored with the 2024 DJC Oregon Top Project. Thank you to CIDA for including us on their team for MEP and related services for this meaningful and transformational project.

Originally built in 1997, Central Park Place sits on the Veterans Affairs Campus in Vancouver, Washington and includes 126 studio units. It provides supportive housing for veterans and other at-risk residents experiencing addiction and mental health challenges. In 2019, major improvements to the four-story, 40,000 SF building commenced to meet the needs of residents and service providers.
