At Säzän Group, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a key part of how we think, work, and innovate. As technology continues to evolve, so does our responsibility to stay ahead of it, ensuring our teams are empowered with the tools, training, and support they need to deliver excellence on every project.

That’s why we’ve recently restructured our BIM team.

This new structure isn’t just about titles—it’s about purpose. It reflects a deeper investment in how we collaborate across disciplines, streamline workflows, and drive efficiency for our clients. With expanded leadership and a dedicated focus on aligning BIM with our technology vision, our team is better equipped to serve our project teams and meet the demands of an ever-changing design environment.

What We’re Focusing On:

• Increased training to support team growth and confidence across tools and processes.
• Deeper collaboration between BIM and our project teams—because great work happens together.
• Staying ahead of emerging tech, including artificial intelligence and smart design tools.
• Workflow and content improvements that remove friction and enhance consistency.
• Time-saving tools created through custom development using the Revit API.
• Early adoption and implementation of new Autodesk tools and Revit releases.
• Reliable, responsive project support that continues to meet—and exceed—client expectations.

I’m incredibly proud of the momentum we’re building with this team and grateful for the leadership and vision of our Technology Director, Lucas Landreth, whose guidance continues to shape our path forward.

There’s more to come as we push boundaries, explore new tools, and continue to support our design teams with purpose-built solutions.
