Säzän Environmental Services facilitated a Budget Evaluation Study Team (BEST) workshop to review the $23 million Puget Sound Skills Center (PSSC) Health Sciences Building and Central Plant.
PSSC is hosted by Highline School District, representing a consortium of five school districts, and serves 22 area high schools. In keeping with the OFM BEST study guidelines, the workshop focused on confirming the project was justified and program functions were being met; improving project quality, performance, and sustainability; and reducing project initial and life-cycle costs.
