Säzän Environmental Services managed the Evergreen Sustainable Development Standard (ESDS) aspect of this new development with 119 apartments.
Sustainable design elements included advanced ventilation systems for energy conservation and improved air quality, non-carpeted units for households with respiratory health considerations, bike storage, energy-efficient appliances, LED lighting, low-VOC paint, and double-pane windows to reduce noise and conserve heat.
