Säzän Group prides itself in designing projects that can be built. We use Building Information Modeling (BIM) to assist our project teams in visualizing how our MEP, ICT, fire protection, and lighting system designs interact with other building systems in a structure.

We utilize the latest version of Autodesk Revit for BIM capability and IFC standards compliance to provide modeling services to the level of development required for any project. Sharing our models with the design and construction teams during preconstruction coordination efforts has proven cost-effective in minimizing RFIs and change orders in the field. We support Construction Operations Building information exchange (COBie) to help facilities management teams record equipment lists, product data sheets, warranties, spare parts lists, and preventive maintenance schedules. This type of information is valuable to operations, maintenance, and asset management teams once a building is in service.
