Säzän Group provided mechanical, electrical, and lighting engineering design services for a new $3.2 million build-out of Virtuous Health’s Ambulatory Surgery Center.
The 8,850 SF project demolished the former space and rebuilt it to provide two operating rooms, pre-op/PACU, central sterile, and associated ancillary spaces, along with exterior improvements to comply with licensure and surgical center accreditation requirements.
