SOLARCYCLE®, a technology-based solar recycling company, recently opened its new global headquarters at the Hub @ 202 in Mesa, Arizona to expand advanced solar recycling capacity. The new HQ includes a research lab to deploy a team of scientists and engineers to advance the company’s proprietary, high-recovery recycling technologies. The Mesa facility will start to recycle 250,000 solar panels each year and increase to one million per year in de-manufacturing capacity as it meets a growing market demand in the solar industry for its recycling and circular supply chain services.

Hub @ 202 is a master-planned 1.5 million SF industrial park. Säzän Group provided mechanical and electrical engineering design services for a 4,700 SF build-to-suit office remodel in a new 100,000 SF cold dark shell. The buildout included a full MEP design. The electrical scope of work included power and lighting for the office, and the mechanical scope of work included revisions and additions to the HVAC and exhaust for the office suite. HVAC was provided with packaged rooftop heat pumps. The plumbing scope of work included full water and waste piping revisions and design to serve the new office suite, and we coordinated with the owner and architect to select plumbing fixtures.
