Facility Condition Assessments
As part of a team, Säzän Group investigated and examined close to 40 facilities in the Silver Falls State Park, near Silverton, Oregon. This included meeting halls, lodges, cabins, storage buildings, restrooms, bridges, roads, and utilities.
Säzän Group coordinated with the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD) to schedule visits and kept close communication with the OPRD project manager with status updates. Our team met with maintenance personnel, performed visual inspections, prepared a Facilities Condition Report with recommendations for repairs, construction cost estimates, and a maintenance schedule. A detailed preventive maintenance schedule was developed containing preventive maintenance tasks and frequencies.
