Premier Truck Group New Heavy Truck Service Center

The project designed a new 130,000 SF facility for a heavy truck service center, currently under construction.

Säzän Group provided MEP engineering and lighting design services for the $22M center. The building is mostly a single-story high bay with a partial second floor. The areas include 7,000 SF for sales and office space, 90,000 SF for service areas, and a 31,000 SF parts department. and warehouse storage. The service department includes service pits, flat bays, lifts, wash bays, and a dynamometer. Sales and back-office areas include a call center, training room, and employee lockers and showers. The electrical design also included site lighting and an emergency generator.
