Lummi Nation Microgrid Feasibility Study and Solar Owners Rep

This project included a community-wide solar + storage feasibility study and energy resilience planning for microgrid deployment, including training and educational workshops to engage key project stakeholders. Säzän Group supported grant application materials development in partnership with SparkNW and GRID Alternatives to fund the solar project and deliver workforce development training designed to enlist tribal members in the installation process.

The project included energy analysis, modeling, cost estimates, constructability review, and grant funding overlay for commercial and industrial facilities. Following the report, Säzän Group assisted with RFP development and public works bidding, contracting, construction oversight, and system commissioning as the owners representative.
