The new Medical Office Building will connect to Jefferson Healthcare’s existing hospital and provide a variety of inpatient acute and outpatient services, as well as a new MRI suite, CT scan suite, Linear Accelerator, and a new kitchen and cafeteria serving the hospital.
Säzän Group is providing mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and plumbing design services for the demolition of an existing 35,000 SF building constructed in 1965 to re-construct 46,500 SF of new program areas. Our scope included HVAC design, developing an energy load profile, general and special exhaust systems, electrical design, lighting design, and nurse call system design.
