Banner Health Goodyear Civic Square New Medical Office Building and TI

The new facility brings together primary care, orthopedics, endocrinology, and advanced imaging services under one roof, expanding access to high-quality healthcare for the rapidly growing Goodyear community.

Säzän Group provided mechanical and electrical engineering design services for Banner Health’s new 65,000 SF multi-specialty medical office building in Goodyear, Arizona. The project began with shell and core design for the new three-story facility, including main electrical and mechanical systems with provisions for future tenant connections, as well as core areas such as restrooms and elevator lobbies.

Following completion of the base building, Säzän Group delivered the major tenant improvement build-out with Devenney Group, which transformed the space into a fully functioning multi-specialty center. The tenant improvement included advanced imaging, cardiovascular, and general practice suites, along with core restrooms, support areas, and site adaptations.
