Säzän Group supported the Highline Public Schools capital program by facilitating a Value Engineering (VE) Study for Evergreen High School, which is slated to open September 2025, and later provided commissioning services.
The VE study proposed $26 million in savings. Commissioned systems included HVAC, plumbing, lighting, photovoltaic array, security, fire alarm, gymnasium equipment, and kitchen equipment.
