ElectraMeccanica Vehicles, a designer and manufacturer of electric vehicles, is revolutionizing the urban driving experience. A $35 million build-out utilized Säzän Group’s mechanical and electrical capabilities to convert a high bay industrial building into a manufacturing facility.

Located on 18 acres, the 235,000 SF engineering technical center is used to assemble a new four-wheel electric vehicle. The building includes offices and break areas, post-assembly inspection and prep, testing and lab zones, 75,000 SF of inventory space, and an assembly line. The tenant improvement included new HVAC as part of the scope.
