Säzän Group provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for the build-to-suit tenant improvement of a new industrial facility located near Goodyear Ballpark. The 1,221,000 SF building included two 5,000 SF office spaces and a 1,111,000 SF high bay warehouse.

MEP design services for the office areas included HVAC load calculations, zoning for optimal comfort, plumbing system design, and complete electrical layout including lighting, power, and data. The warehouse design incorporated rooftop HVAC units to fully condition the space with high bay supply and return air distribution. Our electrical team designed warehouse lighting to meet owner-specified levels using occupancy sensors and provided power distribution from the shell-designed 3600Z service. The scope also included power connections for 20 hydraulic pit levelers and dock equipment, life safety systems, and connections to HVAC equipment.

Plumbing design encompassed full water and waste piping systems to support all fixtures, with coordination across architectural and owner standards. Our team also supported the project through construction administration.
