Confidential Client High Tech Office TI

Designed by Frank Gehry, this 10-story office building combines thoughtfully integrated building systems with an open, collaborative environment that reflects the organization's transparent culture.

Säzän Group provided mechanical, electrical, and technology engineering design services for the facility, which includes collaborative workspaces, conference and breakout rooms, assembly areas, dining facilities, and outdoor heated terraces.

The mechanical design met stringent City of Seattle energy requirements and included variable air volume HVAC, computer room cooling, commercial kitchen systems, plumbing, and acoustic noise mitigation. Working closely with the architect and acoustical consultant, our team helped achieve the owner's demanding acoustic privacy standards. Electrical design included normal and emergency power, lighting, audio-visual, fire alarm systems, and an arc flash study. Design and construction progressed concurrently to support an aggressive project schedule.
