The CND Life Sciences lab is a cutting-edge facility designed to combat neurodegenerative diseases.
Säzän Group provided mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering services for this 10,000 SF life science lab and associated workspaces. The project scope included a research lab, analytical lab, CND pathology lab, and conference labs. Located in the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, the lab’s sleek design incorporates an open-concept layout allowing for maximum collaboration, future expansion, and open communication between scientists and researchers.
