The Clark County Behavioral Health and Treatment Center expands access to inpatient behavioral health services through three new treatment facilities designed to support recovery, safety, and resiliency.

Säzän Group provided electrical, lighting, fire alarm, ICT, emergency power, and renewable energy design services for this $42 million, 48-bed behavioral health campus. The project consists of three 16-bed treatment facilities surrounding an existing inpatient behavioral health center, requiring careful coordination with ongoing campus operations and stakeholders.

Services included the design of three emergency generators, campus electrical infrastructure, and solar PV systems supporting Washington State's zero-energy and sustainability objectives. Säzän Group also provided electrical and building technology design for a 1,100 SF maintenance facility supporting campus operations. Through close collaboration with the owner, design team, and DSHS stakeholders, the project advanced constructability, resiliency, and high-performance building goals while achieving LEED Gold design standards.
