This facility was designed as a net-zero, high-efficiency building to qualify as a Living Building Challenge Project. We assisted in LEED Platinum Documentation.
Säzän Group provided MEP services for the two-story 38,000 SF office building and associated site improvements. The structure features an interior courtyard with covered parking, electric vehicle charging stations, and solar collection canopies. The site includes administrative offices, a donation and volunteer center, and a centralized kitchen for staff and volunteer meals. The Center will offer foster care and adoption services, family education, art, dance and music therapy, and more to low-income children and families.
