Spearheaded by developer George Oliver and rebranded as “Bond,” the project represents a bold reimagining of traditional office space, combining luxury hospitality elements with state-of-the-art workplace functionality.

Säzän Group provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a $52M redevelopment of a 250,000 SF office building in Phoenix’s prestigious Camelback Corridor. Our engineering scope encompassed mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and lighting design, all tailored to support a high-performance, energy-efficient, and future-forward environment. The renovation introduced a host of new amenities, including a 250-person training room, 61,000 SF of modern office space, a full commercial kitchen and dining area, indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, a fitness center with locker rooms, and a basement-level speakeasy lounge hidden within the parking garage.

As part of George Oliver’s vision to elevate tenant experience, the building also features 18 electric vehicle charging stations, extensive biophilic design elements, and wellness-focused environments. Säzän Group played a critical role in ensuring these upgrades were seamlessly integrated with the building’s core infrastructure, delivering both performance and sophistication.

Through close collaboration with the architect, interior designers, and construction team, Säzän Group helped bring to life a distinctive, amenity-rich workplace that sets a new standard for experiential office environments in the Valley.
