AAA New Fleet Maintenance Facility

The American Automobile Association (AAA) New Maintenance Facility project involved the comprehensive design and engineering of a single bay fleet maintenance building tailored to support AAA’s vehicle service operations.

The facility is 3,400 SF, including a 2,000 SF lobby and office area, alongside a 1,400 SF vehicle repair shop.

As the MEP engineering team, Säzän Group played a critical role in ensuring the building’s systems were designed for optimal functionality, safety, and efficiency. The vehicle repair shop is equipped with specialized infrastructure to support automotive maintenance activities, including a vehicle lift, compressed air systems, and fluid storage with associated piping networks. A key design element involved the integration of a direct-source vehicle exhaust capture system, enhancing indoor air quality and safety. Our design integrated these systems seamlessly to meet the operational demands of the facility while adhering to industry standards and sustainability practices.

The lobby and office spaces were engineered to provide a comfortable and efficient environment for staff and visitors, incorporating HVAC solutions, lighting, and electrical systems that promote energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
