This LEED Platinum mixed-use development brings sustainable urban living to the heart of historic Capitol Hill.
Säzän Group provided mechanical engineering services including HVAC, piping, and plumbing for a new LEED Platinum five-story mixed-use building in the residential and historic neighborhood of Capitol Hill near downtown Seattle. The building features 60 units of affordable and market-rate apartments on five floors, with street-level retail and below-grade parking. Design features include energy recovery ventilation throughout and a living wall located in the entry lobby.
