Vicky Jocson

Vicky Jocson is the Regional Marketing Manager for our Washington region, leading pursuit strategy and providing marketing support for the Seattle team. With more than 15 years in the A/E/C industry, she brings a calm, organized presence to fast-paced pursuits and enjoys helping technical teams communicate their work clearly and confidently.

Vicky’s approach is rooted in collaboration and storytelling. She is energized by uncovering the details that make each project unique and partnering with engineers and designers to translate their expertise into compelling and engaging proposals and interviews.

Before joining Säzän Group, Vicky held marketing roles across several architecture, planning, and engineering firms, where she strengthened her skills in content development, proposal management, and team coordination. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. A supporter of arts and interactive learning, Vicky has volunteered with the Pacific Science Center and MoPOP. Outside of the office, she enjoys taking nature walks with her family, cross stitching, and watching live music.
