Scott retired as a Boeing Executive with over 35 years of experience in engineering, project management, maintenance, construction, asset planning, strategy development and implementation, enterprise energy management and conservation. Specialty skills in project management from requirements definition, design, and construction utilizing Project Management Book of Knowledge disciplines, maintenance processes and reliability, asset planning, finance and budgets, and energy forecasting and conservation.
Key assignments included facility site leader for several Boeing production facilities in the Puget Sound, facility leader for Boeing-Embraer Partnership, Toronto Divestiture Program Leader, Boeing Company Enterprise Energy Management Leader, and Business Information Systems Development and Implementation Leader. Site Leadership roles included responsibility for more than 600 employees and budgets exceeding $300M annually in support of Boeing production facilities.
Scott attended Washington State University for his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Seattle University earning his Master of Business Administration.
