Sara Drenzek is the marketing director, leading the team in pursuits and other marketing efforts for our company. A natural people person, she thrives on making connections and uplifting those around her.
Her journey in the AEC industry began in architecture, and she brings that perspective when speaking about our engineering practices. She strives to tell the story behind a project to represent best the technical expertise that our engineers and designers pour into their work. Her favorite part about working at Säzän Group is understanding how the systems we design and assess positively impact the health of a building and its end users.
Sara is a Co-chair of the Membership Committee for the SMPS Oregon chapter, volunteering time to attract and retain members. She also volunteers at Dress for Success Oregon, an organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence.
A self-proclaimed lifelong learner, Sara earned a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising from the Art Institute of Portland.
