Roy Stickler

Roy is an Associate Principal and Senior Mechanical Engineer for the Arizona offices. He has nearly two decades of experience working in the Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. He directs project engineering, project management, mechanical and plumbing engineering design, and construction administration services. Roy specializes in mechanical, plumbing, and process piping design for numerous new builds, facility improvements, and renovation projects within healthcare, municipal, commercial, industrial, educational, and hospitality clients. His design experience includes HVAC systems, process piping, plumbing systems, medical gas piping, and exhaust systems for critical applications and general exhaust. He is skilled at coordinating interdisciplinary communication and project quality control. He has experience with design-bid-build, design-build, and construction management at risk delivery methods. Roy’s proven ability to communicate with construction teams improves constructability of projects such as the Biltmore Cardiology Office Buildout and ElectraMeccanica’s Electric Motor Vehicle Manufacturing and Assembly Facility.

Roy has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Arizona State University. He is licensed in several states as a Professional Engineer, Mechanical, including Arizona, Maryland, New York, and Virginia. Currently, he has professional affiliations with American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) and Central Arizona Society of Healthcare Engineers (CASHE).
