With attention to detail, Nisu ensures seamless coordination across disciplines to eliminate design conflicts. He is adept in implementing low-energy air handling systems, central chiller plants, and ADA accessibility upgrades. His extensive portfolio includes work in healthcare facilities, municipal and state buildings, multifamily developments, and education institutions.
