Chris is a planner who thrives on new challenges and helps individuals and teams succeed. As the BIM and AUTOCAD Manager for our Seattle team, he is integral in project setup, maintaining standards, and training staff. Chris draws from decades of industry experience and leverages his organizational skills to streamline production practices and keep open lines of communication throughout the life of a project.
His introduction to the industry began in high school, where he discovered drafting. From there, Chris studied architecture before completing an undergrad in Industrial Technology. His professional career started in the Engineering Department at Cannon Air Force Base in New Mexico, but his passion for learning led him to become a teacher at a national technical institution. There, he flourished as an instructor and navigated the ranks to become Dean of the school’s Seattle campus. It was here he honed his ability to engage across all levels of management, motivate students and staff, and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
Chris is a certified drafter through the American Design Drafting Association and holds a Master’s in Business Administration. A natural problem solver, he enjoys teaching others how to utilize programs and new technologies to improve their workflows.
