Carrie is a versatile mechanical and fire protection engineer who brings a client-focused attitude, an eye for detail, and results-driven curiosity to her projects. She is a mentor to staff and a source of support for women in the workplace, bringing her authenticity and fun sense of humor to all she does. As principal, Carrie has created a team culture that champions collaboration, project integration, and hands-on problem-solving. Carrie is an industry veteran who lends her expertise to systems designs for various projects including industrial facilities and commercial buildings in both the public and private sectors. Her involvement ranges from building assessments, code compliance evaluations, and peer reviews to detailed design and construction administration. She also has experience as a designated Contractor Quality Control Fire Protection Engineer (CQC FPE) on design-build projects. In this role she oversees and reviews all fire and life safety components of building systems during design and construction.

Carrie graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and stays active in the greater engineering community. She participates in various industry associations including DBIA, CREW, NAWIC, NAIOP, and Pro Shop. Carrie enjoys a good puzzle and is always up for outdoor adventures.
