Our offices in Tempe and Seattle recently hosted a Chili & Cornbread Cookoff, and the competition was fierce! Our talented teams in both cities brought their A-game, concocting mouthwatering chili and baking delightful cornbread.
The Tempe team enjoyed a potluck with vegan chili, pork chili, traditional spicy meat chili, and cornbread. With the heat wave in Arizona, some prepared a cool treat, including chili-themed fruit salad, cornbread cookies, and homemade ice cream.
Seattle chefs made mango chicken chili, Chidi chili, white bean chicken chili, spicy chili, pineapple chili, a multi-generational secret family chili recipe, and three types of cornbread. Troy VerValen won the contest for both chili and cornbread! Congrats!
