Bisnow’s Seattle Architecture and Design Panel

Säzän Group’s Tom Marseille moderated a lively panel,  Sustainable Design & Building a Green City, at Bisnow’s Seattle Architecture and Design event. Panelists tackled a range of topics, including urban densification and sustainable living, equity and sustainability, eco-friendly and embodied carbon in building materials, and enhancing human performance through healthier workplaces. The event drew a crowd of more than 200 people.

Tom is a champion for sustainability and leads Säzän Group’s efforts toward a net zero future. When an audience member asked the panel what the ideal future state of sustainability would be, if there were no constraints, Tom answered, “Zero Net Carbon for all buildings based on electrification and a 100% Clean and Smart Energy Grid.”
