Lucas Landreth

Lucas is an Associate Principal in our Tempe, AZ, office with 20+ years of professional Heating, Ventilating, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) experience. He has provided mechanical and plumbing services for new facilities, tenant improvements, and renovation projects, including healthcare, municipal, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and educational facilities. His designs focus on HVAC systems, process piping, plumbing systems, and medical gas piping. Lucas also manages projects for the Arizona team. With his attention to detail and strong communication skills, he is a vital asset on projects seeing them through to successful completion.

Lucas has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Arizona State University. He is professionally affiliated with the American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Association for Learning Environments (A4LE), Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories (I2SL), and Lean Construction Institute (LCI).

Lucas brings value to the company by lending his strengths to marketing and business development which has contributed to the growth and stability of our new office in Arizona. He is engaged in keeping the office culture where everyone enjoys coming to work. He is an approachable leader and mentor that has developed a strong team spirit and camaraderie.
