McKinney Center Facility Condition Assessment

This project spotlights Säzän Group's "one-stop-shop" capabilities.

Central District Community and Preservation Development Authority (CDCPDA) initially tasked Säzän Group with a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment of the community center. After observing deficiencies of $25.2 million and identifying issues before significant problems occurred, CDCPDA added a long-range Facility Master Plan and owner representative services. Complete services included MEP design and capital facility planning.
