Säzän’s projects encompass new construction, major renovation, minor repair, and campus-wide facilities upgrades, delivered through Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Design-Assist, and GC/CM contracts. We are particularly skilled in designing MEP systems for complex facility modernizations and equipment retrofits.

Sound Engineering Principles
Säzän Group works collaboratively with facility owners, developers, architects, engineers, and consultants to develop innovative, energy-efficient, cost-effective solutions based on sound engineering techniques and concepts.  We perform comprehensive fieldwork and site investigations to determine the effects of existing conditions on system installations.  Our designs are QC-checked to be practical and constructible, maximizing the value of our clients’ investments. 

Working with Owners
We are experienced serving as a prime consultant and working directly with facility owners, managing on-call contracts and multidiscipline projects with full teams of architects, engineers, and other consultants.  We also serve as design team members, working collaboratively with other professionals to develop the best mechanical, electrical, and communications solutions for buildings.

We utilize the latest version of AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit MEP for full BIM capability and IFC standards compliance.  Along with Revit, Säzän Group employs state-of-the-art building analysis tools that allow us to participate as full members of integrated 3D design teams that helps ensure coordination between the trades, collaboration at early stages, and building performance-based design and analysis.
