New Public Safety & Parole Building
Säzän provided Electrical and Mechanical Engineering for a new 31,000 SF facility to replace the current Parole and Probation Building for Marion County, Oregon. Project spaces include general/public areas, domestic violence and general supervision, sex offenders and special services, operational support services, transition program, administration / support staff, management and common spaces.

Juvenile Courthouse & Associated Spaces Expansion
Säzän provided Electrical and Mechanical Engineering for a 3,250 SF expansion to the juvenile courts of Marion County, Oregon including the addition of a new courtroom. Project challenges overcome included tight spatial constraints, requiring some systems to be located on the roof. The roof top equipment was located above offices and courthouses, requiring additional efforts and equipment to be utilized in order to minimize sound intrusion into the spaces. Project areas include judge’s chambers, the court coordinator office, supervisor office, meeting rooms, court rooms and attorney meeting rooms.
