Nikki Nowak is an Associate with Säzän Group, specializing in infrastructure asset management. Throughout her career, she has been driven by her intellectual curiosity to problem-solve client needs. She understands the challenges of leading management and technical professionals and achieving success within a government structure. She partners with organizations, peels back the layers, and implements integrated change. She brings a collaborative project management approach and equity lens to whatever she does.

She has experience in asset management, business process review, and improvement, policy development and implementation, strategic and capital planning, emergency management, risk management, quality management, organizational leadership, relationship building, program and project management, and change management.

She has completed graduate studies coursework in Urban and Regional Planning at San Jose State University. She has a BA in Environmental Studies, focusing on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and urban planning, from San Jose State University.

Nikki is the Oregon Branch Co-Chair of the Institute for Asset Management (IAM) and the Co-Founder and Steering Committee Member of the former Portland Regional Asset Management Partnership (RAMP).
