Clackamette Cove is a 9-acre, 380+ unit mixed-use residential development on the waterfront featuring two restaurants and retail, a public park, and public gathering and community spaces.
Overlooking Clackamette Cove, a 30-acre estuary near the confluence of the Clackamas River and Willamette River, the development includes live/work units, a fitness center, public plaza, waterfront esplanade, exterior balconies or patios, and an amphitheater at the North Park. This new village provides a place for live, work, and play for the residents and a destination for the community of Oregon City. The buildings are designed to accommodate structured parking on the lower level.
Säzän designed mechanical systems are a combination of mini-split units with condensers located at the garage level or roof level, electric wall heaters, and through wall air conditioners located above balcony doors. The electrical design included utilities coordination, building power distribution, interior and exterior lighting design, and site lighting design.
“Clackamette Cove will be an exciting, vibrant, alive new village, unlike anything that currently exists in the Portland Area. The excitement comes from the waterfront and the variety of activities and uses that invite the public to participate in this new master planned, mixed use village.” - Ed Darrow
